Initial Intake Session Rate (60-75 mins) - $155

The intake session allows us to review your history, discuss your current concerns, and begin identifying goals for therapy.

Individual Session Rate (60 mins) - $125

These ongoing sessions provide space for continued support, skill-building, and processing experiences as you move through pregnancy, postpartum, or other life transitions.

Please note: I currently operate as a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance company directly to learn more about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
